We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. By leveraging the latest accounting technology, we provide real time insights into your business to help you control costs and grow your organization. The team behind The Community CFO has an entrepreneurial mindset with superior industry skills that elevate your accounting services to a level often found in high dollar executives who often unavailalbe to guide small businesses.

Many potential clients ask accountants about pricing and the answer is always, “It depends on the types of services you need.” The reality is this is actually very true, but it frustrates business owners. How do you know if you are wasting your time?

The Community CFO will provide upfront pricing after your free consultation to determine your exact needs. If there is a potential for the price to increase, you will be notified at the time the price is quoted.

For those owners who need a better answer, please consider these pricing scenarios:

• Small non-profit start up needs someone to ask questions a few times a year to make sure they are on the right track. Price $250 a year.

• Small non-profit wants someone to complete their accounting work so it is ready for the CPA at the end of the year. Volume of transactions is about 100 per month. Price $250 a month.

• Small business wants someone to complete their accounting work to understand their business and be ready for the CPA at the end of the year. Owner wants the ability to maintain a financial conversation throughout the year. Estimated 500 transactions a month. Price $750 a month.

Remember when thinking about prices, the value provided from a proven team who can access your financial information and offer solutions in real time is greater than what you can gain at a traditional CPA firm you speak with maybe twice a year. Additionally, outsourcing accounting work to an efficient team of proven accountants saves money over time than hiring and training for what may only be a part-time position.

We are not a CPA firm. We do not prepare taxes or offer opinions on financial statements.

Why this matters? You still get top quality accounting talent at a fraction of the price, often with more communication and quicker work response times. We work directly with your tax or audit firm to ensure they have everything they need to complete these specialized services.

Our firm focuses on clients using the suite of QuickBooks products. However, organizations can be successful with spreadsheets only (Excel or Google) or a specialized accounting software. We meet you where you are at.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form. We will review your needs and respond to schedule a free consultation. Once all services are outlined, you will be provided clear pricing and an engagement letter. Once the engagement letter is signed, we will set a date to start services.
